In recent years,in order to solve the increasingly serious energy crisis and environmental pollution problems,in addition to coverting CO2 to useful chemicals, clean new energy sources such as fuel cells have also to be developed.Biomass carbon material has a larger specific surface area and special pore structure and is conducive to the dispersion of heteroatoms and the transfer of electrons during the reaction, which is a good electrocatalyst carbon support.Butterfly wings as a biomass carbon material, most of them are used as a template and less as an electrocatalytic carbon carrier. In this thesis, butterfly wings were used as carbon source and carbon support to the preparation of CO2RR and ORR catalysts. On the one hand, using butterfly wings as a carbon source and carbon support,a Cu Ps/BCF catalyst was prepared for CO2RR.The Cu Ps/BCF catalyst has a high selectivity to C2H4 during CO2RR.The Faraday efficiency of C2H4 is as high as 63.7±1.4%and the FEC2H4/FECH4 ratio is 57.9±5.4 at-1.0 V vs RHE.In addition,Cu Ps/BCF catalyst also has a high stability. This may be attributed to the synergy between nitrogen-doped butterfly-derived carbon skeletons and copper particles with special surface structures, which opens up new opportunities for the design and development of copper-based catalysts that selectively reduce CO2 to produce hydrocarbons. On the other hand, the excellent ORR catalyst Fe-Co-N/BCF was prepared by introducing the iron source, the cobalt source and the nitrogen source using the butterfly wings as the carbon source and the carbon carrier.Electrochemical tests showed that the Fe-Co-N/BCF catalyst has a significantly higher catalytic activity and its half-wave potential was 70 mV higher than Pt/C,which due to the incorporation of iron-cobalt co-doping and nitrogen into the catalyst. This method provides a novel idea for the using of a biomass carbon material in the preparation of fuel cell cathode catalyst.
