Long afterglow powder is a kind of photoluminescence material.Luminous concrete is to mix long afterglow powder into concrete in a certain way,so that it absorbs and stores sunlight in the daytime,and then releases the energy stored in the light powder slowly at night.Luminescence can sometimes last for more than a dozen hours.This paper mainly explores the preparation technology of long afterglow strontium aluminate phosphor and its application in light-emitting concrete:?1?the effects of calcination temperature,flux dosage,precipitator type and the ratio of activator to sensitizer on the luminescence of long aftertaste strontium aluminate powder were studied.The optimum synthetic parameters of SrAl2O4:Eu2Dy3 are as follows:the amount of boric acid is 8%,the precipitant is ammonium carbonate Eu2+/Dy3+=2:1,and the calcination temperature is 1200?.?2?according to the design steps stipulated in the national standard,the proportion design of cement,luminous powder,sand,admixture and admixture in luminous concrete is determined.In this paper,compensation modification technology,thickening modification technology,viscosity modification technology,crack resistance modification technology,self-leveling modification technology and organic modification technology are studied.The economic feasibility of some applications is analyzed.Finally,it is pointed out that further research is needed on the surface adhesion,overall durability,chemical reaction between the components of the material and so on.
