Reactive processing technology,also known as dynamic vulcanization technology,refers to melt the normal vulcanized general rubber and thermoplastic materials under high temperature and high shear force to produce an island structured rubber and plastic blend material.This paper mainly through the reaction processing take MVQ components into EPDM,to explore the differences between between the multiple blending system prepared by reactive processing technology and the multiple blending materials prepared by conventional process,Then IIR is introduced into the tread that taking SSBR/BR as the main body to prepare tire tread with good grip and wet skid resistance.Finally,we try to introduce BIIR and NBR into the tread with SSBR/BR as the main body to find out whether the tan delta controlled tread materials can be prepared.The results showed that:(1)Silicone modified ethylene propylene rubber prepared by the traditional blending technology,with the increase of MVQ dosage,scorch time,curing time shortens,the degree of crosslinking is reduced,the hardness and strength are reduced,the aging resistance is improved,the retention of the strength before and after aging is improved,and the tensile strength of the high temperature is improved.Silicone modified ethylene propylene rubber prepared by the reaction processing technology,with the increase of PMTPV dosage,scorch time,curing time is increased,the degree of crosslinking is reduced,the hardness is small,the strength and elongation at break are increased,and the aging resistance is obviously increased with the increase of the amount of PMTPV.Compared with two kinds of organ-silicon modified ethylenepropylene rubber,it can be seen that the mechanical properties,aging resistance and tensile properties of the materials prepared by the reaction process are better than the EPDM/MVQ blends prepared by the traditional process.Antennae,lower surface energy,excellent hydrophobicity and self cleaning properties.(2)Using traditional process to introduce tread material prepared by IIR.The scorch time and the process normal vulcanization time are all decreased with the addition of IIR,the tensile strength,tearing strength and elongation at break decrease greatly,the hardness changes little,and the rebound loss is larger.The IIR tread material prepared by the reaction processing technology,the scorch time and the process normal curing time decreased slightly,the tensile strength,tearing strength,elongation at break of the material decreased,the hardness increased,and the resilience changed little;the materials prepared by two kinds of technology were compared with the materials prepared by the reaction processing.The mechanical properties and compatibility between components are better than those prepared by direct blending.The loss factors around Tg and around 10 ℃ are obviously increased in dynamic mechanical properties,and the grip strength of the material is improved to a certain extent.(3)Using the reactive processing technology to introduce tread material made by NBR and BIIR.the scorch time,the process of normal vulcanization time shortens,the hardness becomes smaller,the tensile stress of 100%,300% and 500% is smaller,and the tensile strength,tearing strength and elongation at break increase.In dynamic mechanical properties,after adding SBTPV,the peak value of material loss factor curve increases to a certain extent,the anti skating ability increases,and a peak appears at about 10℃with the addition of SNTPV material.As the peak appears,the loss factor at about 10℃increases and the capacity of the material is improved.
