With the rapid development of the economy,the automotive industry is developing rapidly,and the consumption of fuel oil is also increasing.With the increasingly strict environmental regulations,the emission of NOx has been limited for a period of time,clean oil exhibits a good market prospect.During all methods,the technology of denitrification using ionic liquid has shown good prospects.Simple process,mild reaction condition,and small amount of oil loss maybe the main reason.Based on the method of synthesis using two steps,intermediate products were synthesized by tetramethylethylenediamine as raw material,the other reactant is chloroacetic acid or bromoethane.10 kinds of dual nuclear bronsted acid ionic liquid were synthesized by intermediate products and H2SO4?H3PO4?HBF4?CH3SO3H?p-CH3 Ph SO3H respectively.After characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR,it's proved that the structure is correspond to which were expected by us.Moreover,the acidity and solubility of the ionic liquids were tested.The ethyl dual nuclear acid ionic liquids were used for the removal of quinoline and indole,respectively.The ionic liquid with better nitrogen removal efficiency was selected and optimized.For the removal of quinoline,when the dosage of IL was 1 g,IL/water was 1:1,IL/oil was 1:10,extraction time was 10 min,temperature was 25 ?,settlement time was 20 min,C2H5N11?CH2?2N11C2H5.2HSO4 shows the best nitrogen removal efficiency.After single-factor test,the results showed that the nitrogen removal efficiency reaches 99.00% when the dosage of IL was 1 g,IL/water was 1:1.5,IL/oil was 1:50,extraction time was 15 min,temperature was 30 ?,settlement time was 10 min.For the removal of indole,when the dosage of IL was 1 g,IL/water was 1:1,IL/oil was 1:4,extraction time was 30 min,temperature was 40 ?,settlement time was 10 min,C2H5N11?CH2?2N11C2H5.2CH3 Ph SO3 shows the best nitrogen removal efficiency.After single-factor test,the results showed that the nitrogen removal efficiency reaches 99.44% when the dosage of IL was 1 g,IL/oil was 1:4,extraction time was 30 min,temperature was 40 ?,settlement time was 30 min.The carboxymethylation dual nuclear acid ionic liquids were used for the removal of quinoline and indole,respectively.The ionic liquid with better nitrogen removal efficiency was selected and optimized.For the removal of quinoline,when the dosage of IL was 1 g,IL/water was 1:1,IL/oil was 1:10,extraction time was 10 min,temperature was 25 ?,settlement time was 10 min,HOOCCH2N11?CH2?2N11CH2COOH.2HSO4 shows the best nitrogen removal efficiency.After single-factor test,the results showed that the nitrogen removal efficiency reaches 98.44% when the dosage of IL was 1 g,IL/water was 1:0.5,IL/oil was 1:50,extraction time was 10 min,temperature was 30 ?,settlement time was 20 min.For the removal of indole,when the dosage of IL was 1 g,IL/oil was 1:5,extraction time was 30 min,temperature was 40 ?,settlement time was 10 min,HOOCCH2N11?CH2?2N11CH2COOH.2CH3 Ph SO3 shows the best nitrogen removal efficiency.After single-factor test,the results showed that the nitrogen removal efficiency reaches 85.25% when the dosage of IL was 1 g,IL/oil was 1:4,extraction time was 60 min,temperature was 30 ?,settlement time was 10 min.The four kinds of ILs which were selected appears high stability and its denitrification efficiency stays in a high level even after being reused for six times.In summary,dual nuclear acid ionic liquids show good denitrification efficiency for basic and non-basic nitrides,and its denitrification efficiency stays in a high level even after being reused for several times.It overcomes the disadvantages of traditional denitrification technology,such as harsh conditions,oil loss and so on.And it provides a theoretical reference value for the quantity production of clean oil.
