Research On Combustion Characteristics Of Fuels Made By Eucalyptus Sawdust And Hard Coal

As the main traditional primary energy,coal is a kind of energy which can pollute the environment seriously and reduce the fuel consumption.Biomass is a kind of clean energy,which can be used as a substitute for coal.This paper studies as to eucalyptus sawdust and hard coal,Eucalyptus sawdust briquette to good briquettabilitys of research and development both the combustion performance,in order to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by burning.In this paper,the research object is selected from the wood sawdust briquette.The main research contents include the research on the basic characteristics of the raw materials,the study of the briquettabilitys,combustion performance,combustion rate and the research of the ash melting pointEucalyptus sawdust has high volatile content,the content is 60.14%,the hard coal volatile content is 8.35%,so the eucalypt sawdust easier to fire,and the combustion performance is better.However,the fixed carbon content of eucalyptus sawdust is only 15.76%,which is far lower than the hard coal.The more the fixed carbon content,the longer the burning time of the fuel,so the burning time of hard coal is longer,and the heat is better.According to briquettabilitys of eucalyptus sawdust briquette,10% moisture content,wood ratio of 30%,the molding pressure is 120 kN,the physical indexes of eucalyptus sawdust briquette(drop strength,compressive strength,relaxation density)is the best overall combustion heat.According to analysis results,30% eucalyptus sawdust,70% hard coal,heating rate of 30 ? /min,the comprehensive combustion characteristic index,flammability index.The best combustion rate according to the test results is 70% hard coal,30% eucalyptus sawdust,the temperature of 1000 ?,molding pressure of 100 kN molding fuel burning rate.Among them,the burning rate of briquette furnace temperature has great influence.According to the measured results of eucalyptus sawdust briquettes ash melting point of different raw material ratio of final fuel ash melting point of ash is different between eucalyptus sawdust and hard coal biomass alkali metal.CaO and MgO will reduce the fuel ash melting point.According to the level of all the test data and conclusions,comprehensive analysis,combination of eucalyptus sawdust briquettes is the optimal eucalyptus sawdust content 30%,hard coal content 70%,molding pressure 100 kN,moisture content 10%,holding time 2min,the ash melting point is at 1307 ?,the briquettability and combustion is the best.
