The process of pre reduction and oxygen coal combustion in rotary kiln is based on wide size iron ore powder,The pre reduction of iron ore powder in rotary kiln is combined with bath smelting.In this paper,the two phases of charge particles and gas in the upper gas accumulation area of oxygen coal combustion furnace are taken the research object,and the CFD-DEM method is used to simulate the settlement and heat transfer of charge particles under the gas.In order to ensure that the charge particles can be fully reduced and heat transfer is uniform when they settle into the molten pool of the melting furnace smoothly,according to the actual granulation situation,It is explored that the settlement track and heat transfer of charge particles under different gas velocity with particle size range of 0.5-2 mm.The main research and conclusions are as follows:(1)Aiming at the simulation of the settling process of charge particles in the oxygen coal combustion melting and separating furnace under the action of gas,the physical model and the control equation of gas and charge particles are established.(2)According to the flow state of gas in melting furnace,it is found that there is a lowspeed gas area on both sides of the furnace body,a high-speed gas area is located at the settlement pipe,and there is a velocity gradient from the pipe wall to the pipe center;Aiming at the deposition of settlement particles.When the gas velocity is 1 m/s,the settling effect of each particle size is good;When it is 2 m/s,the settling effect of charge particles with 1 mm,1.5 mm and 2 mm is relatively good;When the it is 3m/s,the charge particles with 1.5mm and 2mm can settle smoothly;When it is 4m/s,It is difficult for the particles to settle.(3)The heat transfer is analyzed under the condition of smooth settlement of the charge particles,The results show: with the increase of gas velocity,the heat transfer effect of the charge particles is better,and size of the charge particles decreases,which makes the charge particles easier to be heated.Figure 27;Table 5;Reference 57...
