The parallel curve feeding platform is used for automatic feeding platform of fine woodworking band sawing machine sawing curve.Error compensation is the main method to improve the kinematic accuracy of parallel mechanism.The Mechanism error curve feeding platform is the main factor affecting the accuracy,so it is necessary for these errors in research.To explore the effective methods of error compensation and let the feeding platform feed accuracy to meet the requirement of practical application.Based on the theory of Motion parallel mechanism description and homogeneous transformation,make the feeding platform kinematics analysis.To solve the feeding platform position equation.Establish the kinematics mathematical models,and lay the theoretical foundation for the feeding platform error analysis and error compensation research of the feeding platform.Using matrix differential method to construct error analysis model of the motion system.Analysis the influence of each error source on the position error of the moving platform and the error sensitivity of mechanism in different motion states.Through the data processing,the error drive compensation model of the manufacture,assembly and motion clearance of each component is established.Calculation and analysis of the error example of parallel curve feeding platform.Obtaining the drive feed information by ADAMS Calculation.Calculating the actual value of the error compensation of the feeding platform with the driving shaft.Before and after the compensation of the parallel curve feeding platform,the curve accuracy of X axis,Y axis direction is improved of 70%,and the maximum rotation accuracy of the Z direction is increased by 60%.Simulated the error before and after compensation by ADAMS,the results verify the feasibility of the compensation algorithm.Research on the error compensation of parallel curve feeding mechanism.The simulation results show that this method can effectively improve the motion accuracy.Improvement of the control algorithm can be used to achieve the high accuracy requirements of the platform.
