In view of the poor low-speed motion performance and low positioning accuracy of most precision electrochemical machining machine tools,this paper adopts PID+velocity/acceleration feedforward+notch filter control algorithm based on PMAC to suppress the creeping phenomenon of machine tools,and compiles the program of difference compensation table based on PMAC to compensate the positioning error of machine tool system.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the technical characteristics of the machine tool and the structure of the feed system of the machine tool,establishes the mathematical model of the servo motor,sets the common parameters of the PMAC control system,and compiles the motion control program of the PMAC.(2)This paper analyzes the low-speed motion performance of the machine tool system,and adopts the PID?speed/acceleration feedforward?notch filter control algorithm based on PMAC to suppress the creeping phenomenon of the machine tool system.Through the analysis of the curve,it can be seen that the displacement time curve is close to the linear fluctuation and disappears,and the maximum speed overshoot in the speed time curve decreases from 0.0215mm/s to 0.0065mm/s,and the fluctuation tends to be stable It is shown that the algorithm can effectively improve the low speed performance of the linear feed system.(3)The high precision dual frequency laser interferometer is used to detect the positioning accuracy of the x-axis of the machine tool.The MATLAB is used to process the measurement data and the least square regression principle is used to establish the mathematical model.The error compensation method based on Turbo PMAC is used to reduce the error from tens of microns toħ5?m,effectively improving the positioning accuracy of the x-axis of the machine tool.Figure[30]table[10]reference[80]...
