Carbon fiber reinforced wood composite material has higher strength and modulus excellent performance,.Wood is high quality of natural resources,as well as the matrix of the composite material,mechanical performance is good,but now a shortage of wood resources,destructive testing can lead to waste of resources with mechanics,and as a result,finite element analysis modeling for simulation and mechanical performance can realize the reasonable use of resources.Because of the interlayer shear strength of laminated plate is relatively weak,damage resistance is small,structural strength is poorer,It often forms an undetectable layer of interlayer damage that fails,these cannot detect the damage failure reduces the mechanica l properties of the laminated plates,so that the application of intensity and service life greatly degraded,rather than cause safe hidden trouble,all of these make the application of carbon fiber enhanced composite material limited.Therefore,the resea rch of carbon cloth strengthen wood laminated plates under the action of external force deformation and damage mechanism,for the effective application of carbon cloth re inforced wood laminated plates is great significance.In this paper,the finite element progressive damage model is established based on ABAQUS.The corresponding failure criterion is the precondition for failure analysis of composite laminated plate impact failure analysis.There are three kinds of failure modes: fiber,substrate and lamination.The failure of fibre and the failure of the foundation to apply the failure criterion as the basis of Hashin judgment.The hierarchical failure is based on the criterion of Q uads failure,and the interface element Cohesive unit is introduced.The degradation of material performance after the failure of judgment is divided into two kinds,namely the change of stiffness matrix to realize the degradation.The second is the reduction of the stiffness coefficient of the material,the second is the applicat ion of the Camanho degradation model,and the user subroutine UMAT is called to complete the degradation of the material properties.The final step is to establish the model and ABAQUS have a strong nonlinear analysis function.In this paper,the impact da mage analysis ABAQUS/Explicit is carried out.Through the simulation value and actual value fitting is in a good fitting,the line trends are the same,it proved that applied to establish the model can predict the damage of laminated plates.
