The novel tungsten steel as the research object,explore the best hot pressing of powder metallurgy sintering process,and then use universal testing machine and split Hopkinson pressure bar device,the research of preparing the mechanical properties of the different process parameters of sintered samples,combined with microscopic test analysis technology,get the influence of sintering process parameters on the mechanical properties and microstructure of tungsten steel,and change the ratio of tungsten and maraging steel,the application of maraging steel heat treatment process of tungsten content and different quenching temperature of tungsten steel microstructure and mechanical properties.Application of hot pressing sintering of powder metallurgy process of tungsten powder and Markov maraging steel powder sintering,selection of quality than 1:4,first select the spherical and granular tungsten powder sinter contrast,found that there is different lining of the diffusion region the edge of the spherical particles,composed of Fe and Ni elements from the matrix to the tungsten particles showed better gradient diffusion to form,large globular particles are not conducive to the diffusion of Fe and Ni atoms,and caused the density and mechanical properties of proof of small granular tungsten powder sintered samples.To explore the temperature parameters of sintering process,found in three of the corresponding 1225?,1250?and 1275?temperature pressure than state pressure caused by the density and mechanical properties of the good,and ultimately determine the 1250?for optimum sintering temperature.In increasing the sintering pressure,the grain size of the sample did not change significantly,the density and mechanical properties were improved,and the pressure parameters were determined as 40MPa.With the increase of the sintering time,the density increases a little,compressive yield strength decreases,when sintering time at10h,from energy spectrum distribution found,with prolonging of sintering time,W,Fe and Ni elements did not completely homogeneous diffusion.In the microstructure of the material,it is found that the precipitates are intermetallic compound Mo3Co3C,and the yield strength of the quasi static compressive strength is decreased obviously by XRD analysis.By comparison,when the 40MPa is used as the sintering process parameter under the pressure of 1h,the sintered sample has the best comprehensive mechanical properties,so the final sintering process is determined to be 1250?+40MPa+1h.In this paper,to determine the final sintering process parameters of W in maraging steel in addition amount of hot pressing sintering 30wt.%and 40wt.%study with W content in the process of change in the microstructure as well as changes in the dynamic static mechanical properties shown in the rules.Experiments found that with the increase of W content,according to the scanning electron microscope observed w gathering area around around the iron matrix matrix becomes round,Fe,CO and Ni elements of diffusion with the increase of W content and fewer,strength increases with the increasing of the content of W and,but the plastic drops rapidly with the increase of W content.Thermal treatment of sintered samples containing 20wt.%,30wt.%and 40wt.%W were obtained by using the final sintering process parameters.Explore the system of heat treatment process selection Markov maraging steel solid solution plus aging treatment method,respectively,the three kinds of samples in quenching temperature816?,916?and 1016?insulation 1h,after oil quenching and the tempering temperature for 482?elsius temperature 3h,in air cooling to room temperature,the obtained final sample.It is found that the three kinds of samples with different W content have a great improvement in compressive yield,and the fracture appears slip band,and the plastic is extremely decreased,and Among them,20wt.%tungsten content samples have better ductility matching.The compressive yield strength decreased with the increase of quenching temperature,and the plasticity decreased with the increase of the temperature.The strain rate hardening effect of the same sample is not obvious.With the increase of tungsten content,the strength decreased,and the brittleness increased.
