Ecological condition and environment of Yellow River Delta are sensitive and fragile, which may be worsen by soil salinization problem.Analyze the genetic mechanism, the driving force and the sensitivity of soil salinization in the Yellow River Delta and identify the key factors of soil salinization is essential. The remote sensing information model was establish according to the key factors, and then suggestions and monitoring strategy was proposed after in-depth understanding and analysis. In this paper,we choose the modern Yellow River Delta as the research area.Model of sensitivity analysis model based on artificial neural network are developed by analyzing the genetic mechanism and the driving force of soil salinization. The remote sensing information model of soil salinization is built according to the sensitivity analysis results.Firstly the method and process of image preprocessing was introduced, especially the process of flaash atmospheric correction. Then vegetation index can be extracted from the processed remote sensing images. Then the genetic mechanism and the driving force of soil salinization was analyzed according to the soil feature of Yellow River Delta, and the main driving force factors was obtained. On the basis of the driving force of analysis, the access to the various methods and influencing factors of salinization was introduced.Model of sensitivity analysis model based on artificial neural network are developed and the sensitivity of each factor was obtained. Finally,we choose the key factors and establish the remote sensing information model of soil salinization in the modern Yellow River Delta. The accuracy of the model was estimated. The results show that among the groundwater depth, groundwater conductivity,PH,elevation, organic matter and other factors, the sensitivity of organic matter and elevation of soil salinity was higher than other factors, then PH value and the normalized difference vegetation index followed, the sensitivity of groundwater depth and groundwater conductivity was lower. On the basis of semi-quantitative model, the general formula of the soil salinization remote sensing information model was obtained by the dimensional analysis and similarity criterion. The study factors such as vegetation, hydrogeology, topography, soil texture and human activities was choosed to establish the model.Apply this model to the modern Yellow River Delta area, and a quantitative evaluation of soil salinity in the Yellow River Delta area was established, which choose the image of the geographical information as the primary data source and describe the multiple relationships between the soil salinization and the driving factors.Overall, the model combines the mathematical analysis method with the statistical analysis method,to solve the complex phenomena of necessity and contingency combination of problems,so that it more fully reflects the complexity of the law of geographical phenomena. It provides a new way to the soil salinization quantitative prediction problems.
