Yellow River Delta wetland is one the best preserved and most typical of the youngest wetland ecosystem in the China. In recent years, Wetland ecological environment is gradually deteriorated because of the growing of the human development, the expanding of the urban development, the decreasing of water and sand of Yellow River, inwelling and so on. The State Council has formally approved"Yellow River Delta Economic Zone Development Plan efficient ecological"development of the Yellow River Delta has became a national strategy, so the research and conservation of Yellow River Delta wetland has became an urgent and arduous task.In this paper, Yellow River Delta wetland information are extracted on five phases of 1992, 1995, 1999, 2004 and 2009 using hierarchical classification of combination for the artificial visual interpretation, decision tree classification, texture analysis, NDWI, NDVI. Then we analysis the change of Yellow River Delta wetland landscape with model of Transfer Rates and landscape index, and analysis of the driving forces. In the end, we use the Markov process to predict the wetland landscape structure in the future. The main conclusions are as follows:1. Dominated by hierarchical classification, combined with decision tree classification, texture analysis, NDWI, NDVI and other indices, overall classification accuracy come up to 85.53%, the result is higher than the traditional supervised classification and unsupervised classification.2. We use map algebra to get map of wetland landscape changes, the result is that analysis by shrub wetlands and reed wetlands have different levels of roll-out, most of that are became arable, and the reason is human behavior; In addition to, tidal wetlands transfers out by a large margin, and the reason are the momentum of artificial breeding and high salt, as well as field-scale expansion.3. With the calculation of the five-phase landscape indexes, analysis shows that the fragmentation of tidal flats has increased, the overall advantage is shrinking; the continuous development of the city raises; the growing trend of decentralization of shrubs, reeds and rivers is closely related to human expanding cultivated area and impounding irrigation, which shows that the impact of human activities on it is growing, that human activities are interfering the distribution of landscape types to a higher degree, and that the overall aggregation of various landscape types in the study area increased.4. In this article use the Markov process to predict the trends of wetland landscape structure, and acquire a result by analysising the Yellow River Delta wetland types in the next 10 years is basically in a similar linear trend, for example shallow waters, fish ponds, salt pans, storage areas and construction sites has been on the rise; reed wetland, shrub wetland, farmland and bare land are showing the trend of shrinking.
