Packed tower plays a key role in petrochemical industry.With the development of marine oil,packed tower can be applied in marine transportation equipment like FLNG,and natural gas pre-processing.The running condition of it has a great impact on the gas purifying effect,gas quality and economic benefit.While with the influence of shaking condition on the sea,the mass transfer effect of packed tower decline to some extent.In this sense,studies on flow performance of structured packing in absorption tower under the shaking condition can provide technical support to packing optimization and improve the packing adaption on the sea.The common use mental pore plate corrugated packing Mellapak350 Y in industry is the object of the study.The thesis mainly explores the effects of single degree of freedom(rolling,pitching,yawing,surging and heaving)and two degrees of freedom coupling shaking on fluid flow performance in the packed tower.Because of the large liquid density,the shaking effect is significant.Firstly,the author analyzes the shaking influence on fluid flow performance in the packed tower based on the the fluid experiment of flow in the tower to analyze the effect law of various shaking types on flow unevenness and wall flow from a macroscopic view;using the fluid mechanics simulation software Fluent to calculate and summarize the shaking reason of the experiment from the inner part of flow field in the tower;then the author analyze the shaking effects on internal gas and liquid distribution performance in the tower during the process of gas and liquid in reverse flow based on the packed tower gas and liquid distribution experiment device to analyze the shaking influence on pressure drop and liquid holdup in the tower.By establishing two-dimension and three-dimension numerical calculation model to analyze the flow condition of fluid in the passageway from a microscopic view and with the pressure drop and liquid film thickness to analyze the distribution law of pressure drop and liquid holdup in axial under the shaking condition.Results show that the two experimental facilities(packed tower liquid phase flow experiment and packed tower gas-liquid flow experiment)and designed flow field test method can better analyze the effects of shaking on the packed tower flow performance;packed tower axial direction numerical calculation model established and flow numerical calculation model in the passageway can better explain the experiment results under the shaking condition.Finally the effect law of all kinds of shaking types on packed tower gas phase,liquid flow,gas-liquid reverse flow was reached.The study conclusion will provide technical support for late packing optimization study.
