The safety of hazardous chemical processes is an important research issue in chemical plants.The frequent occurrence of accidents in chemical factories has caused great losses to individuals,families and countries.For the safety of hazardous chemical processes,chemical plants spend a lot of manpower and material resources to analyze and study the safety of dangerous processes.After investigating the chlorination process of Debon chemical industry,we selected chlorination risk process as the research object of safety control.In the fortieth order of the State Administration of work safety,chlorination is a dangerous process of key supervision.In the process of controlling chlorination safety,it often has the characteristics of hysteresis,nonlinearity,strong time variation,serious interference,large parameter changes and so on.The traditional PID control system is difficult to select control parameters,and can not meet the control requirements well.In this context,this paper proposes a design scheme of chlorination process control system based on BP neural network PID control.The PID control system based on BP neural network not only has the advantages of traditional PID control,but also adjuster the control parameters automatically by neural network.Through simulation experiments,we can conclude that the PID control system under BP neural network makes the control of chlorination process meet the demand.In this paper,the simulation chlorination process control system is established from three parts of the laboratory control object,the upper computer and the lower computer.First,the model of the control object of the chlorination process control system is set up,and the simulation design of the PID controller and the PID controller of the BP neural network is carried out respectively.From the simulation results,it can be concluded that the PID control based on the neural network is better than the traditional PID control.The real-time observation system uses the software programming and PLC to communicate,the real-time observation system uses the control process controlled by the neural network PID,and obtains the real-time control picture,and uses the mobile phone to carry on the real time view.In this paper,the PID controller based on BP neural network is designed to control the chlorination process,which makes the control system self-adaptive,self-tuning,self-adjusting,and the monitoring management of the upper computer,thus greatly reducing the security risks existing in the dangerous process,while the personal safety and the property security are also guaranteed..After verifying the control results of temperature and pressure in the control process,it can be concluded that the control of chlorination process proposed in this paper is based on the PID control system based on BP neural network,which enhances the adaptive and regulating functions of the system,making the system safe and efficient,which can basically meet the requirements of safety production.
