The piston pump rotor is used as the power element in the hydraulic control system.It bears alternating stress,impact load,surface friction and wear,and the chemical action of the medium when working.The working environment is very harsh.In order to improve the fatigue strength of the material while satisfying the matching requirements of the friction pair materials,a copper alloy is often used as a friction layer of the rotor,and it is combined with the steel substrate by diffusion bonding technology.However,during the diffusion bonding process,there may be problems such as unbonded and weak bonding at the bonding layer,and these defects will seriously affect the service performance of the bimetal rotor.Therefore,the corresponding detection technology for the quality of bimetal rotor diffusion bonding is very important to ensure the performance of the rotor.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the bimetal rotor column holes structure and the characteristics of the diffusion bonding joining process and its defects,the ultrasonic feature scanning imaging detection method was selected.On the basis of giving full play to the advantages of existing ultrasound feature scanning imaging detection technology,a set of multi-rotor continuous scanning ultrasound feature imaging system was designed.Then,based on the traditional three-coordinate detection platform,an axis of rotation was added to the design so that the ultrasonic transducer could perform left,right,front,back and forth,and circumferential rotation of four degrees of freedom.In order to evenly distribute a plurality of rotors on the detection platform,a corresponding positioning plate and positioning pins were designed,and the calculation formula for the position coordinates(x,y)of the hole centers of each column hole of each rotor was deduced.The scan path of the ultrasonic transducer was designed and planned.Using Microsoft visual language Visual Basic and Visual C++ as development tools,the multi-rotor continuous scanning ultrasound imaging system software was designed,and completed the construction of the entire system.Finally,the multi-rotor continuous scanning ultrasonic feature imaging system was used to test the nine nine-hole rotors of a certain type.The ultrasonic transducer was used to complete the continuous detection of nine nine-hole rotors with a total of 81 column holes according to a predetermined scanning method,and the ultrasonic detection data was stored,processed,and imaged,visually showed the distribution of defects.The research results show that the developed ultrasonic feature imaging system meets the requirements for continuous detection of the column holes of multiple bimetal rotors.The system has high reliability and high repeatability,and can be applied to the actual production process of the rotor,it has significant industrial benefits.
