| The development of prestressed concrete in recent 70 years,the prestressed concrete structure with its use of high strength concrete and crack resistance,has been widely used in bridge,tunnel,wharf,industrial buildings,highways and high-speed railways and other major projects.With the process of industrialization,sustainable energy consumption,has caused no small damage among them,the natural environment,acid rain erosion for concrete structure has been very serious,at home and abroad based on the prestressed concrete structure and prestressed reinforced concrete corrosion by less research capacity,numerical simulation on performance of prestressed concrete beams under acid rain corrosion is rarely discussed.In order to numerical simulation of the performance of prestressed concrete beams under corrosion of acid rain,the constitutive test of corroded concrete,concrete research in the deterioration of the mechanical properties of acid rain corrosion.By ANSYS finite element numerical analysis research and analysis of prestressed concrete beam bending performance and seismic performance,the experimental values and simulation the value of contrast,verify the validity of the model,and the parameters were analyzed.The main research work is as follows:(1)according to Jiangxi nearly ten years of rainfall and simulated acid rain solution configuration,making 84 concrete prism specimens of corrosion,prestressed concrete beam and research group electric corrosion tests carried out over the same period.After the concrete prism specimens to corrosion age after the constitutive test,corrosion analysis after the appearance of concrete characteristics,corrosion damage characteristics of concrete compression pressure and the measured axial stress-strain curves and elastic modulus.And the compression characteristics of stress strain curves of values,such as the peak stress,peak strain,elastic modulus,ultimate strain,multiple regression analysis,fitting curve relationship in different concrete strength and different corrosion ages of the equation.(2)the material element modeling method and the finite element analysis software ANSYS model of prestressed concrete beam pure bending tests were carried out on the subject of group ANSYS numerical simulation,established the finite element model of parameters and boundary conditions are determined,will get the corrosion of concrete test constitutive curve by using the model,and the numerical simulation results and experimental values were compared by comparing the crack distribution map,Von Mises stress distribution cloud chart,and the prestressed concrete beam mid span load-displacement curve,verify the validity of the model.The parameters of the model are analyzed,and the pure bending performance of the prestressed concrete beam is analyzed from three variables,including the strength of concrete,the strength of non prestressed tendon and the initial tension(3)The research group over the same period of prestressed concrete under cyclic loading test of ANSYS numerical simulation,established the finite element model of parameters and boundary conditions are determined,will get the corrosion of concrete test constitutive curve value into the model,and the numerical simulation results and experimental values were compared by comparing the hysteresis curve the skeleton curve,verify the validity of the model.And the validated model parameter analysis,from non prestressed steel strand strength,corrosion rate,concrete strength and initial tension of the four variables analysis on seismic performance of prestressed concrete beams. |
