Organic nitrogen heterocyclic compounds have great practical values and potential values in the construct of organic heterocyclic molecular skeletons,the synthesis of organic functional materials,efficient catalytic reaction,the pharmaceutical synthesis and other aspects.So it is necessary to develop economic and efficient strategy for the synthesis of organic nitrogen heterocyclic compounds for industry,agriculture,health care and other aspects.In this paper,we will introduce the synthesis of multisubstituted 3-amino pyrroles and pyrazoles N-oxides by simple materials.3-amino pyrrole and its derivatives are very valuable compounds,which exist in natural product,life science,chemical molecular skeleton construction widely,especially in the drug research.Now,we use the high alkynylanilines as the substrate,the nitrobenzene as amination reagent,the iodine as a catalyst for intermolecular cyclization reaction successfuly to synthesize the multisubstituted 3-aminopyrrole compounds.In this method,we use the nitrobenzene as amination reagent as well as the oxidant and one step reaction to synthesize the 3-aminopyrrole compounds,so it is easy on operation,and can avoid the raw material waste caused by multistep synthesis.Pyrazoles N-oxides are typical compounds which have great potential value in the construction of bioactive molecules and chiral catalysts.Additionally,the N-propargyl aniline was used as the substrate that experienced series of intermolecular cyclization reaction to synthesis multisubstituted pyrazole N-oxides.Before this article,the materials can be used directly as the source of NO is rare,which only including the 1,1-dimethylethyl nitrite and the sodium nitrite.Herein,we make the first cognition to use silver nitrite as the NO source to make the construction of the heterocyclic N-oxides,which plays important role in the development of organic nitrogen heterocyclic N-oxides.In addition,the raw materials is easy to synthesis and the substrates are well in compatibility and the yield can reach a higher level.
