In this paper,the deformation and fracture strength and stiffness of the tire mould top plate are taken as the breakthrough point.The mechanical model and stiffness calculation formula of top plate are established by applying the mechanics theory.The stress,strain state and fatigue life of top plate under actual vulcanization condition are simulated and analyzed with finite element analysis method.The design principle,design method and design theory of the top plate design are established,which provide theoretical guidance for the mould manufacturer.To transform tire mold design from experience design to more systematic,scientific,standardized,theoretical and standardized theoretical design.This paper mainly studies the mechanical properties of tire mould top plate under sulfuration condition.Based on the stress analysis of the top plate,and based on the theory of thin plate calculation of elastoplastic mechanics,a simplified mechanical model of the top plate of the tire mold is established.The accumulation of each deformation of the top plate will be reflected in the plastic consumption and strength damage of the top plate material,which will have a direct effect on the mold closing precision and the tire vulcanization quality.The stress and strain state of the top plate is obtained by the finite element simulation analysis on the area of the closed slide plate,the assembly form of the upper side plate structure and the material,which affect the deformation of the top plate.The analysis shows that the structure of the fan top plate closed slide plate is smaller than that of the rectangular top closed slide plate,the45 forged steel is smaller than the Q235 material,and the deformation of the overall top plate side plate is smaller than that of the bolt connection structure.The fatigue life analysis is carried out by introducing the thermo-mechanical coupling simulation results of ABAQUS into FE-SAFE.The influence of different material and different side plate structure on fatigue life is analyzed,and its stiffness is verified by finite element simulation.The fatigue life of the top plate when the maximum deformation is 0.05 mm is calculated by interpolation method on the S-N curve of the material.According to the fatigue life of each part of tire mold,the working condition of tire mold can be mastered more accurately.The fatigue lifeanalysis of the finite element can not only get the fatigue life of the top plate,but also clear the lower part of the fatigue life in the top plate,and point out the optimization direction for improving the fatigue resistance of the top plate.
