Temperature is the most important factor in tire vulcanization.The uneven temperature distribution on the hot plate of tire curing press will cause local over-vulcanization and local under-vulcanization which will seriously affecting the tires performance.Therefore,it is very important to study the main reasons for the uneven temperature distribution on hot plate working surface and optimize the temperature distribution on hot plate working surface.And it is improvement for the application of hot plate heating method in large tire curing press.Because the coupling effect of temperature load and mechanical load on the hot plate in the actual production process,so the hot plate is easy to leak.Therefore,analysis the location of easy to produce leaked has important value in the hot plate manufacturing.In order to solve problems of the hot plate,this dissertation mainly research:1.The structure and working process of tire curing press and its hot plate are introduced.And the process of heat transfer in hot plates was analyzed.After comparing the convective heat transfer and heat conduction process in the hot plate,it is concluded that the strength of convective heat transfer in the hot plate is the main reason for the temperature distribution on the working surface of the hot plate.The temperature on the working surface of the hot plate was measured,and the temperature distribution is analyzed.In order to carry out the structural analysis of the hot plate the mechanical load of the hot plate is calculated.2.In order to analyze the reasons for the uneven temperature distribution on hot plate working surface,use CFX software to simulate the temperature field of the hot plate under thermal-flow-solid coupling and the convection heat transfer in the hot plate.Through the simulation found that the vector of steam and the convective heat transfer intensity distribution in the hot plate uneven.There is a significant inlet effect at the steam inlet and a running dead angle on the back surface of the baffle and the reinforcing plate.3.The causes of the inlet effect at the steam inlet and the running dead angle on the back surface of the baffle and the reinforcing plate were analyzed.Through the analyzing the simulation results of temperature field and convection heat transfer at low temperature areas and high temperature areas found the relationship between the temperature,convective heat transfer intensity and vector of steam.The reason for the uneven temperature distribution on the working surface of the hot plate is that the vector of steam in the hot plate is not uniform.4.In order to solve the problem of temperature distribution is uneven on the hot plate working surface,analyzed the heat transfer process in the hot plate by using the theory of field synergy from the nature of convective heat transfer.Found that the synergy of velocity field and the temperature gradient field of the steam in the hot plate were poor,so proposed to arrange the vortex generator at the low temperature areas to improve the hot plate.The vortex generator will improve the synergy of velocity field and the temperature gradient field to enhancing the convective heat transfer at low temperatures areas,thereby improve the temperature at low temperature areas,reduce the hot plate surface temperature difference.The temperature field in the thermal-flow-solid-coupled state of the hot plate and the convective heat transfer inside the hot plate are simulated with or without vortex generator,and the influence of the vortex generator on the temperature distribution of the hot plate is analyzed.5.In order to solve the problem of hot plate leakage in the production process,calling the heat,flow,and solid analysis modules in the ANSYS Workbench for structural analysis of hot plate in thermal-flow-solid Coupling State.Found the place prone to leak provide reference for improving the manufacturing rate of hot plate.
