Silicone rubber and three ethylene propylene rubber as non-polar rubber varieties,the main chain is saturated,with excellent physical and mechanical properties.But its disadvantages are also obvious,poor oil resistance and poor compatibility with non-polar rubber.This paper first use of methyl acrylate in three kinds of catalyst(the second generation Grubbs catalyst,the second generation of Hoveyda-Grubbs catalyst,Zhan1-B catalyst)under the action of methyl vinyl silicone rubber and three EPDM modified methacrylate introducing polar groups,effect of catalyst type,catalyst concentration and reaction time.The factors of cross olefin metathesis.The products were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and gel permeation chromatography.Then modified silicone rubber and three ethylene propylene rubber as compatibilizer were added to MVQ-ACM and EPDM-ACM respectively,and the effect of modified rubber with different number on the processability,physical and mechanical properties,oil resistance and heat resistance and aging property of the adhesive were studied.The results show that the molecular chain of methyl vinyl silicone rubber can be successfully transferred to the methyl vinyl silicone rubber by the cross olefin complex decomposition reaction.In the cross olefin metathesis reaction of silicone rubber and methyl acrylate,the second generation Grubbs catalyst and Zhan1-B catalyst had better reaction effect,and the degree of modification of silicone rubber increased with the increase of catalyst concentration.And the concentration of catalyst increased.The molecular weight of silicone rubber remained unchanged before and after modification,that is,there was no intermolecular metathesis reaction between silicone rubber molecules.And when the reaction temperature was 25 degrees,the modification effect of silicone rubber is the best.Select the most excellent conditions have modified silicone rubber as the compatibilizer is added to MVQ-ACM blends,when the modified silicone rubber to 6 phr,the glass transition temperature of MVQ/ACM scanning electron microscope section closest to each other,most smooth,the most excellent compatibility;and glue the door,viscosity the lowest,most excellent processing performance,tensile strength and tear strength of the largest,the most excellent mechanical properties;after aging and changes of rubber mechanical properties of minimum heat aging resistance;immersion oil after the mechanical properties of blends and changes in the minimum,the best oil resistance.The methyl acrylate group can be successfully connected to the molecular chain of the three ethylene propylene rubber by the cross olefin complex decomposition reaction.In three EPDM olefin cross metathesis reaction with methyl acrylate,the effect of Hoveyda-Grubbs-II reaction catalyst is better,and the catalyst concentration increased(0.2%),increased methacrylate monomer concentration(mass fraction 0.4%),moderate reaction time(6h),three EPDM modified the degree of increase.Moreover,the molecular weight change of three ethylene propylene rubber before and after modification is not obvious,indicating that there is no intermolecular metathesis reaction between three yuan and ethylene propylene rubber.Select the most excellent conditions have modified three EPDM,as the compatibilizer is added to EPDM-ACM blends,when the modified three EPDM added to 6 phr,the glass transition temperature of EPDM/ACM scanning electron microscope section closest to each other,most smooth,the best compatibility with glue;the Mooney viscosity is the lowest,the most excellent processing performance,tensile strength and tear strength of the largest,the most excellent mechanical properties;after aging and changes of rubber mechanical properties of minimum heat aging resistance;immersion oil after the mechanical properties of blends and changes in the minimum,the best oil resistance.
