Amino silicone oil is cheap,the source is wide,the application field can be further expanded.POSS is a nano-sized material with excellent thermal and chemical properties and features of organic and inorganic components,which can be used in polymer modification.In this paper,OV-POSS,M-POSS,vinyl silicone oil were prepared,and SiO2 and modified barium titanate were used to modify them.The effects of different crosslinking agents and modified fillers on their properties were studied.Research contents:Firstly,different structures of POSS were successfully synthesized,which were octavinyl POSS(OV-POSS)and methacryloxypropyl POSS(M-POSS),respectively.Vinyl silicone oil with different vinyl content was successfully prepared.Amino silicone oil was modified by OV-POSS,M-POSS and vinyl silicone oil,and a new vulcanization method was adopted.Aminolene reaction was introduced into the preparation system of silicone rubber.The change of mechanical properties,thermal and dielectric properties of silicone rubber prepared from amino silicone oil were studied[91].It was found that the initial thermal decomposition temperature Td5 of the prepared silicone rubber was up to 438.6?,the tensile strength and elongation at break were up to 0.46 MPa and 211%.The silicone rubber obtained by OV-POSS modified amino silicone oil has good transparency and the highest transmittance can reach 87.6%.In order to improve the performance of silicone rubber prepared by amine-ene reaction,SiO2 was added to optimize the performance.After testing the mechanical,thermal and dielectric properties,it was found SiO2 could improve the mechanical properties of the modified silicone rubber.The tensile strength of the silicone rubber obtained was up to 2.5MPa,and the elongation at break was up to 400%.Permittivity was up to 4.2.The dielectric loss was less than 0.01 and was kept at a low level.The Td5 increased with the increase of SiO2 content,and reached the maximum of 464?.Modified barium titanate was successfully prepared.The modified barium titanate was used to conduct dielectric modification on the prepared silicone rubber matrix.The dielectric constant of the modified silicone rubber can reach 15.5,and the high dielectric silicone rubber can be obtained.The dielectric loss of dielectric modified silicone rubber is less than 0.01,which is at a low level.
