As the oil recovery technology developed,the study for reservoir become from macro to micro,which The exploration and development of oil and gas reservoirs was gradually turned to fine oil and gas reservoirs.,therefore,it is received great attention for the technology which could be reconstructed for 3D core structure.In this paper,a new method of 3D reconstruction of digital core was described,and numerical simulation of core pore would be carried out..The specific operation as follows :the real core and artificial core were scanned by Micro-CT,and the CT images of them would be obtained.The three-dimensional display for part of cores and the quantitative analysis for relative parameters of the pore,such as throat ratio,were completed by using the software of Micro-CT.Because the Bentheimer rock had better uniformity,CT images of Bentheimer was selected to carried out the following processing,which was get the 3D core structure.Firstly,based on CT images of Bentheimer,used ImageJ software which was used for images processing,the CT images was denoised,and the threshold segmentation and the selection for REV area for pore of Bentheimer rock were processed.Then the MATLAB software was used to fill the ‘hole' and obtain the porosity distribution for the pore of Bentheimer rock,and the notepad file was saved,which was represented for the pore structure.Based on the data from the notepad file,the SOLIDWORKS software was used to perform three-dimensional reconstruction of the rock internal pore,then a CAD file that can be analyzed by the FLUENT software was output.And the CAD file was meshed and the pore structure was numerically simulated by using FLUENT software.The following conclusions can be drawn by numericalsimulation: The absolute permeability of single-phase water flow in the core was 2.4D,and the absolute permeability of single-phase air flow was 2.47 D,which was in consistent with the literature data.It is possible to clearly observe the velocity and pressure distribution in the pore structure by numerical simulated,as well as the variable and complex internal structure of the pore could be obtained,so as to effectively predict and guide the actual displacement process.
