In this paper,MWCNTs-OH/rGO/PIP and MWCNTs-OH/PIP composites were prepared by in-situ polymerization.Besides,in order to promote the dispersion of silicon-carbon nanomaterial and catalyst, planetary ball mill was exploited to prepare three kinds of Ziegler-Natta catalysts with magnesium chloride,MWCNTs-OH/rGO/PIP and MWCNTs-OH/PIP as carriers respectively.SEM was performed to characterize the morphologies and dispersion of catalysts and XRD was employed to characterize the activation of catalysts.Furthermore, under the addition of promotor, the above catalysts were respectively reacted with monomer isoprene to form polymers, and the effect to the performance of polymer by changing the ratio of catalyst and monomer was also investigated.Herein,SEM was used to characterize the dispersion of MWCNTs-OH and rGO in polymers.XRD,1H-NMR and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)were utilized to characterize the microstructures of polymers. And the dynamic mechanical properties of obtained polymers was tested by RPA.The thermal stability and dynamic mechanical properties of composites were measured by TGA and DMA respectively. From the analysis of SEM and XRD,MWCNTs-OH and rGO were uniformly dispersed in lamellar magnesium chloride crystal. It indicated that this method realized the effective dispersion of carriers in composites.FT-IR,1H-NMR and XRD investigated the molecular structure of substrate, which suggested that the content of trans-1,2-chains could reach to 99%.Moreover,the storage modulus, elongation at break and tensile strength of PIP/carbon nanotube composites also improved a lot,at the same time with the promotion of mechanic property and conductivity.
