The rolling support rotary feed system is a key functional part in the CNC machine tool to realize the rotary feed motion.Its static and dynamic thermal characteristics have an important influence on the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a characteristic analysis and prediction model for the rolling bearing rotary feed system to improve its design performance.In this paper,the static and dynamic thermal characteristics of the rolling support rotary feed system are analyzed based on the interface characteristics parameters,and the corresponding static and dynamic thermal characteristic analysis system is developed.The main research content is as follows:(1)Based on the Hertz wire contact theory,the static analysis of the joint part of the rolling slewing rail was carried out to obtain the stiffness of the rail joint part,and the analysis method based on the equivalent of the elastic unit was given;the rotary feed was established based on the experimental experimentally acquired basic parameters of the joint surface.The theoretical analysis model of the bolted joint in the system was used to obtain the static stiffness of the bolted joint.An equivalent analysis method for the virtual material was given.The contact thermal resistance characteristics of the fixed joint surface were studied,and the thermal resistance based on the joint surface was given.Calculation model.(2)Established the overall design framework for the static and dynamic thermal analysis system of the rolling bearing rotary feed system.Based on the secondary development technology of ANSYS,the static and dynamic thermal analysis macro file of the rotary feed system was programmed in APDL language and used object-oriented.The C#programming language encapsulates and calls ANSYS macro files,establishes data communication between the static thermal characteristics analysis system of the rotary feed system and ANSYS,and realizes seamless integration of the developed analysis system and ANSYS;user login,static design Characteristic analysis.dynamic characteristic analysis and thermal characteristic analysis module realize the finite element automatic modeling and analysis of the rotary feed system.(3)Taking the rolling bearing routing feed system of a VTM200F5 turning and milling center in a factory as an example.the static and dynamic thermal characteristics of the rolling bearing rotary feed system developed and applied are analyzed.Using the Matrix27 spring unit in ANSYS to perform equivalent to the rotating rail joint,the bolted joint is equivalent using isotropic virtual material to complete the stress strain and modal analysis of the rotary feed system;and the contact pair in ANSYS is used.The thermal resistance of the element is added to the thermal resistance of the element,and the calculation formulas for the heat source and thermal boundary conditions are given to complete the steady state and thermal structure coupling analysis.
