With the development of the real economy and the widespread popularity of logistics.a large number of packaging wastes will inevitably come into being.The desire for conservation caused by the massive consumption of resources and the urgent need for environmental protection have made the recycling of packaging waste become the focus of attention in the industry.In order to solve the problem of packaging waste effectively,it's necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the packaging logistics system.In view of the shortage and lack of this research in-domestic-country,this paper aims at the current status of reverse logistics in domestic packaging waste,and carries out systematic analysis of the reverse logistics network of packaging waste,design modeling,and application analysis.The specific contents of the study and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The features of the three types of packaging recycling modes which including the manufacturer's self-supported recycling mode,corporate joint recycling mode,and third-party recycling mode are compared and analyzed.And then,combine the status of the packaging recycling and the characteristics of the population distribution in Xi'an area.Through the theoretical analysis,the third party recycling mode of operation is adopted,and the physical modeling of Xi'an packaging waste reverse logistics recovery is completed.(2)Starting from the index system of infrastructure,social influence and residents'consciousness,the ANP method is used to comprehensively evaluate the factors that affect the reverse logistics of packaging.The nine points method is used to evaluate key factors of packaging reverse logistics network.Through the network consistency check,Super Decision software is used to determine the comprehensive weight of each factor and the weights are sorted.Finally,the seven factors of location location,environmental impact,construction cost,recovery,transportation distance,transport volume and operation cost are considered,and the mathematical model of reverse logistics network for packaging waste is established.(3)The general structure,modeling method and steps of reverse logistics network modeling for packaging waste are established.The mixed integer programming method is used to mathematically model the reverse logistics of packaging waste,and a bi-objective function model that minimizes the economic costs and social negative effects is constructed.(4)Under a certain environment,taking the recycling of packaging waste in Xi'an as an example,a reverse logistics network model for packaging waste is established.Finally,with the goal of minimizing the cost of the entire system,based on the existing data and through calculation and analysis,the layout of the various facilities of the reverse logistics network in Xi'an are completed and the flow distribution on various logistics routes are carried out.(5)In the environment of uncertainty of recovery rate and remanufacturing rate,robust optimization method is used to optimize the model.Considering the different scenarios of the 16 combinations,and combined with the expectation method,the optimal location analysis of the facility location was analyzed.Through the analysis and verification of the current data of packaging waste recycling in Xi'an City,the results show that the new model can well control the fluctuating impact of uncertainties and has a strong robustness.
