Construction waste has become China’s largest city garbage source,accounting for about one-third of the total amount of urban waste.The situation of garbage“encirclement”is becoming more and more serious.Due to the high resource utilization cost of construction waste,poor finished products,lack of life cycle industry,imperfect policies and regulations,difficult construction waste recycling and poor sales of recycled products,the operation of the construction waste recycling industry market is hindered.The recycling rate of construction waste is low.At present,the utilization rate of construction waste resources in China is still less than10%.The construction waste disposal method is relatively rough,basically simple landfill,and even random stacking occurs.Through extensive understanding of the domestic and international policy background on construction waste,this paper deeply reads and learns relevant literatures at home and abroad,and concludes the optimization method of construction waste reverse logistics system and its resource utilization analysis method system.The basic status quo and lessons learned,and taking Y City as an example,optimize the reverse logistics system of construction waste in the main urban area of Y City,and systematically analyze the resource utilization of construction waste in Y City.Through on-the-spot investigations,literature research,and visits to relevant departments and enterprises,to understand the current status of construction waste generation,treatment and management in Y City,to estimate and forecast construction waste in the main city Y1,and on this basis,from the perspective of reverse logistics network to the main urban area Construction waste is analyzed for material flow,and the construction waste transportation system in Y1 District is optimized by linear programming model and LINGO computer software based on the premise of construction waste transportation cost and processing cost.path.Through the use of the construction waste grading degree evaluation index system to qualitatively evaluate the degree of resource recycling of Y City construction waste,use the construction waste process management analysis method to find the weak link of construction waste resource.By analyzing the construction scale,site selection,construction area and corresponding process route of the resource chemical plant,the paper puts forward suggestions for the construction of the resource utilization plant in Y City,and analyzes the investment cost and benefit risk.Finally,the design of the construction waste management route in Y City was designed,and the management system guarantee proposal was put forward.Through the multi-faceted analysis and evaluation of the construction waste utilization in Y City,it provides reference and technical support for the realization of construction waste resource utilization in Y City,and also provides samples and references for construction waste management in other cities in China.
