Printing electronic technology is an emerging technology based on the principle of traditional printing to create electronic products.The unit type gravure printing electronic equipment is one of the ideal devices to realize high efficiency,low cost and large area production of multi-layer printed electronics products.However,the multi-layer registration accuracy of conventional unit gravure printing equipment can not meet the demand of printed electronic products,which has become a bottleneck restricting its wide application in the field of printed electronic manufacturing.Therefore,under the support of the National Natural Science Foundation and other foundations,this paper takes the multi-layer registration system of unit-type gravure electronic equipment as the research object,and the in-depth study on the coupling mechanism modeling and control strategy of the multi-layer register system are carried out.The main contents are as follows:(1)The multi-source mechanism of register error is researched.Based on the characteristics of gravure manufacturing technology,the basic assumption of modeling is put forward and the nonlinear mechanism model of two-layer registration system is established.The multi-physical process coupling mechanism in multi-layer register system is studied,and the multi-variate coupling mathematical model of multi-layer register system is established with the speed as the link.The multiple coupling relationship between the register error and the variation rule of the operation of the belt is revealed.(2)Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional gravure machine registration system PID controller with poor dynamic margin,the basic principle of fuzzy control is studied.And based on gravure printing electronic equipment,a fuzzy PID control strategy of multi-layer registration system is designed.The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy realizes the on-line tuning of the PID parameters,and has better control performance than the traditional PID controller.(3)Aiming at the problems of low precision in the gravure printing electronic equipment,the basic principle of feed-forward control and active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)is studied,and a feed-forward ADRC decoupling control strategy of multi-layer register system is proposed.The simulation results under the tension,speed,and the change of the material band performance show that the proposed control strategy can effectively suppress the registration error caused by interference and realize the decoupling control of the multi-layer registration system with the control precision is four orders of magnitude higher than that of the traditional PID control and the fuzzy PID control.
