In 3C processing,the processing of the workpiece belongs to the batch processing.In the traditional numerical processing,in order to improve processing efficiency,we usually use the geometric model in the process of programming or use the material database,but we don't use the data acquisition from the processing,can not give full play to the performance of the machine tool.Therefore,in this paper,the cutting speed is optimized by collecting the processing data in the CNC system.Previous studies have proposed a method for optimizing the process parameters based on the spindle load current,but in practice we found that the load current is calculated indirectly,and can not reflect the actual torque.Considering the voltage and current,spindle power can reflect the true output power,and the power change trend is more obvious than the current when the material removal rate changes,so this paper put forward a process parameters optimization method based on power of spindle.The method reflects the changes of material removal rate in terms of spindle power order domain to build Parameter Optimization Model,eventually achieving the goal of reducing cutting speed of low and high loading zone to balance tool load and increasing cutting speed of low loading area in order to improve processing efficiency.The relationship between stroke and the amount of material removal is determined in large batch processing.According to the practical application of the optimization method of the process parameters based on the spindle power need to repeatedly try cutting in practical application,and the relationship between stroke and material removal,this paper establishes a simulation method of material removal rate based on the two step test command spindle power.This method adopts first processing and the processed data after optimization for the first time to emulate material removal rate and observe fluctuation of simulation result through adjusting optimal coefficients,making the improvement of processing efficiency and the smooth and steady data fluctuation,in order to get the most excellent NC program to avoid repeating process wastes time and energy.The paper designs optimization algorithm module upon spindle power and simulation model upon historical data of material removal rate,this paper also develops craft optimization software that can be used for actual processing,the operation is simple and convenient.In the actual production of the use of the process optimization software developed in this paper,we can find that in the actual use,try to cut twice can achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of rough milling,and the effect is equal to cut four or five times.We can find out that the rough machining efficiency improves 5%-10%,the fine machining 3%-5%.
