In the past few decades,the development of the country has become more and more rapid,and we are becoming more and more powerful in the economy,but the rapid economic development is to some extent at the expense of environmental resources.With the gradual attention to environmental protection,especially the environmental protection strategy proposed by the government,while our country continues to develop,we must control the environment at the same time.The first step in the process of cleaning up industrial emissions is to monitor the emissions accurately,and the Continuous Emission Monitoring System(CEMS)is a good way to deal with this problem.This paper studies the theoretical basis for the monitoring subsystem and the overall design of the system,The main contents are as follows:1.The theoretical basis for the study of particulates,gaseous pollutant,temperature,pressure,current speed,oxygen content: the particulates concentration is calculated by the intensity of light received by laser scattering.According to the different absorption characteristics of SO2 and NO,the DOAS method was used to detect it's concentration.The measurement of gas temperature is based on the temperature characteristic of platinum resistance,specifically,the resistance of platinum resistance will vary with temperature.Measuring the flue gas speed by the way of Pitot tube.The measurement of oxygen content in flue gas by the oxygen cell.2.Design of particulates laser instrument,gaseous analyzer and the temperature & pressure & speed test instrument.3.Design and manufacture a prototype of Continuous Emission Monitoring System.Carry out for a 168 hour Field Tes.4.Analyze the test data.
