Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) is a modern measure instrumentality for monitoring the concentration of air contamination. CEMS automatically and continuously measures concentrations of flue gas on a real time basis, statisticing in a period time and having ability to process long-distance communication. So CEMS is being acted as a mainly method of monitoring the gaseous pollutant by the Chinese EPA.The paper introduces the structure of the composition and working principle of CEMS, on the basis, the CEMS which is designed by the application of configuration software MCGS and S7-200 series PLC, instead of the traditional " industrial computer + board " model. The paper mainly introduces the software and hardware configuration of the control system, as well as the typical analog acquisition and sequence control (SCS) design.According to the design requirements of modern CEMS, this control system contains Real-time data reports,Statements of historical data,Real-time curve,History curve,Alarm settings and Manual calibration equipment and so on, in full compliance with the requirements of the State Environmental protection. At the same time through the network data can be uploaded to the company's management and environmental monitoring department, and it is better to manage!...
