In this thesis,the template layer-by-layer assembly and nanocomposite technology are adopted,and silicon dioxide?SiO2?or ferroferric oxide?Fe3O4?is used as a template,followed by layer-by-layer coating with appropriate materials with specific functions to prepare core-shell structures.Gel microsphere profile control agent.While greatly increasing the water absorption ratio of the composite gel microspheres,the bearing strength is increased and the controllability thereof is given.The optimization of the water-absorption performance of the profile control agent under different mass ratios of hydrophobic monomer and composite microspheres was discussed.The water absorption rate and different influencing factors?time,temperature,and salinity?of the composite microspheres under simulated formation environment were analyzed.The relationship between the time and the viscosity of the composite microspheres at a certain temperature was investigated.The main research contents and results of this thesis were as follows:?1?Nanoparticle Si O2 was used as a template,and acrylic acid?AA?,acrylamide?AM?and acrylonitrile?AN?were coated on the surface of microspheres by inverse emulsion polymerization and precipitation polymerization to prepare core-shell structure with high loading.compression strength,good stability,and intelligent controllable functional gel microsphere profile control agent P?AA-AM?/PAN@SiO2.The results show that the composite material formed by the combination of inorganic and organic materials can have the combined effects of both components.It not only possesses the characteristics of high compressive strength of inorganic particles SiO2,but also has the ability of organic components to swell and deform.Because the coated AN can act as a hydrophobic agent,the profile control agent can migrate to the deep or corner regions in the formation.When m?AN?:m?P?AA-AM?@Si O2?is1.00:1.00,the gel microsphere profiler has the best water absorption performance.The prepared composite microspheres have a low water absorption ratio at a low temperature and a relatively high water absorption ratio at a high temperature,and are suitable for a high-alkali reservoir environment.?2?Nanoparticle Fe3O4 was used as a template,and AA,AM and AN were coated on the surface of microspheres by inverse emulsion polymerization and precipitation polymerization to prepare core-shell structure magnetic gel microsphere profile control agent P?AA-AM?/PAN@Fe3O4.The results show that the prepared P?AA-AM?/PAN@Fe3O4 has superparamagnetic properties and can be separated and recycled.Because the coated AN can act as a hydrophobic agent,the profile control agent can migrate to the deep or corner regions in the formation.When m?AN?:m?P?AA-AM?@Fe3O4?is 1.25:1.00,the gel microsphere profiler has the best water absorption performance.The prepared composite microspheres have a low water absorption ratio at a low temperature and a relatively high water absorption ratio at a high temperature,and are suitable for a high-alkali reservoir environment.?3?Nanoparticle SiO2 was used as a template,and AA,AM,and octadecyldimethylallyl ammonium chloride(C18DMAAC)were coated on the surface of microspheres by inverse emulsion polymerization and precipitation polymerization topreparecore-shellgelmicrosphereprofilecontrolagent P?AA-AM?/C18DMAAC@SiO2.The results show that the gel microsphere profile control agent not only possesses the characteristics of high compressive strength of inorganic particles Si O2,but also has the ability of organic components to swell and deform.Because the coated C188 DMAAC can act as a hydrophobic agent,the profile control agent can migrate to the deep or corner regions in the formation.When m(C18DMAAC):m?P?AA-AM?@SiO2?is 1.25:1.00,the gel microsphere profiler has the best water absorption performance.The prepared composite microspheres have a low water absorption ratio at a low temperature and a relatively high water absorption ratio at a high temperature,and are suitable for a high-alkali reservoir environment.?4?Nanoparticle SiO2 was used as a template,and AA,AM,and sodium alginate?SA?were coated on the surface of microspheres by inverse emulsion polymerization and solution polymerization to prepare core-shell gel microsphere profile control agent P?AA-AM?/SA@SiO2.The results show that the gel microsphere profile control agent not only possesses the characteristics of high compressive strength of inorganic particles SiO2,but also has the ability of organic components to swell and deform.The Ca2+modified SA can play a hydrophobic role,so the profile control agent can be transported to the deep or corner regions in the formation.When m?SA?:m?P?AA-AM?@SiO2?is 6%,the gel microsphere profiler has the best water absorption performance.The prepared composite microspheres have a low water absorption ratio at a low temperature and a relatively high water absorption ratio at a high temperature,and are suitable for a high-alkali reservoir environment.
