The most important technology in the automation development of oil drilling rigs is automatic drilling technology.Today,automatic drilling systems have become the standard for electrically driven drilling rigs.The advantages of automatic drilling technology in all aspects are significant.For example,the automatic drilling technology not only frees the driller from the stress and danger of work,but also greatly accelerates the drilling speed and ensures the drilling quality.All these aspects can reduce the cost of the drilling site.However,there are still some defects in the automatic drilling technology that deserve our research and improvement.For example,the accuracy of automatic drill control can not meet the requirements of deep well work,the interface and environment of operation is complex,and the use of drills is low.This paper analyzes the working principle of automatic drilling,formulates the control scheme of automatic drilling,and calculates and debugs the drilling parameters during the simulation,such as the winch parameters,inverter models,brake resistors,etc.At the same time,the drill system was analyzed and modeled,the transfer function was determined,the automatic drill model was formed,and the model was SIMULINK simulated.In order to make the control system have better self-learning and self-adaptive ability,a fuzzy controller is adopted,which is based on the idea of variable domain.According to the simulation results,there is a certain advantage over the fuzzy controller,which is reflected in the control accuracy and steady-state error of the variable-domain fuzzy PID controller.Then the paper uses Profibus_DP fieldbus technology to compose the control system and designs the hardware circuit and program block diagram.By researching the fuzzy PID controller using variable domain theory,it has certain significance for the automation development of the electric drive drilling rig in the future.
