With the development process of rural and agriculture modernization in China,the rural decentralized waste water treatment project has a higher goal and requirement for the treatment effect of sewage and the management level of the equipment pipe network.However,a large number of geographic space and sewage treatment equipment pipe network data are still managed in an artificial way,which is unable to meet the needs of the development of today's Smart City.Geographic information system can be used to analyze and manage complex spatial data,and can be a data model display platform for sewage treatment equipment and pipe network.It is one of the effective ways to improve the management level of decentralized sewage equipment in rural areas and to realize the information of water affairs in rural areas.The main research content of this paper is the design and realization of information management system for decentralized rural sewage treatment equipment.Deeply analyzed the research and application status of geographic information system and sewage treatment system of geographic information management,and identified the research content with the rural decentralized wastewater treatment equipment information management system.Based on the investigation and research of the daily management needs of municipal functional units and the functional characteristics of geographic information system,this paper analyzed the requirements of the system and put forward the development tools and development environment of the system,and then proposed the development goals and overall structure of the system.On this basis,the paper analyzed and studied the realization of the system database,and used ArcMap to conduct GIS(Geographic Information System)modeling for the rural decentralized sewage treatment equipment pipe network in the research area.The data is layered and coded according to the type,and the data of geospatial data,equipment space data and equipment attribute data are plotted with high precision.Lastly,based on that design objectives and requirement analysis of the system,the realization of the function of the system is discussed.The system not only has the basic function of GIS,this paper proposed the realization method of the partitioned matrix tube explosion analysis based on the traditional network detonation analysis technology.Based on the data of the domestic sewage treatment project in ZengCheng district of Guangzhou,this paper adopts the component GIS secondary development kit ArcGIS Engine and combines with the SQL Server relational database to design and realize the information management system of rural decentralized sewage treatment equipment.The system consists of user management,space measurement,data management,multimedia query,and pipe network analysis function modules.In actual operation,the system is simple in operation,friendly in interface,and has strong practicality.
