The spray pumping station is one of the core equipments in the hydraulic system of the fully mechanized mining face.It is mainly used for spray dust reduction or equipment cooling of shearers and hydraulic supports.Its working efficiency directly affects the lives of workers and the economic benefits of coal mines.Due to the fact that most of the spray pump stations used underground in coal mines are in a manual state,not only there are many workers and labor intensity,but also there are disadvantages such as low dust-falling efficiency and waste of water resources.Therefore,the design of the electronic control system for intelligent spray pumping stations R&D has very important theoretical value and practical guidance significance.The paper first introduces the working principle of the intelligent spray pumping station's hydraulic system,and describes the overall structure of the electronic control system and the functions of the various components.At the same time,according to the functions of the intelligent spray pump station to achieve the function of the main sensor The model,controller,man-machine interface and actuator were selected,detailed electrical parameters of each component were given,Fluent software was used to simulate the pressure loss of the spray water supply pipe network,and the traditional electrical decentralized wiring was optimized.Finally,explosion-proof quick plug wiring was chosen to make the electric control cabinet more tidy and beautiful.Then,the intelligent spray pumping station constant pressure water supply system was further studied.The basic characteristics of the spray pump and the basic principle of the constant pressure water supply were analyzed,and a mathematical model suitable for the frequency conversion spray pump station was established.The traditional PID controller and its The parameter tuning method is briefly described.It is pointed out that the traditional PID controller can not automatically adjust parameters and exist lags in the process of realizing constant pressure water supply,and the PID control of neural network intelligent algorithm is introduced to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional PID controller.The model of the PID controller based on BP neural network was analyzed.The Matlab/Simulink software platform was used to model the constant pressure water supply system.At the same time,the two algorithms of traditional PID control and BP neural network optimized PID controller were implemented.Simulations have compared the spray system with static constant pressure and dynamic constant pressure.The results show that the PID controller based on BP neural network can achieve better effect of spray constant pressure water supply.What's more,the main technical parameters of the intelligent spray pump station electrical control cabinet were statistically stated and explained.The relevant electrical circuit was optimized and designed,mainly including the main circuit electrical circuit,protection circuit and control electrical circuit.From the working principle,various electrical circuits were implemented.The introduction of the electrical isolation of the PLC and the prevention of external interference have provided guarantees for the normal operation of the emergency control,manual and intelligent modes of the control loop,and expounded the importance of the flameproof and intrinsically safe circuits of the electrical control cabinet.Functionally,the flameproof enclosure is designed and optimized.Not only can it meet the relevant requirements for mine flameproofing,but it also has great advantages in volume,function and structure.Finally,the software part of the electronic control system of the intelligent spray pump station was designed and simple debugging was carried out in the laboratory.Mainly completed the related work such as the flow chart design,program preparation,communication function realization and screen configuration of the electronic control system.The main functions of the electronic control system were debugged in the laboratory and satisfactory results were achieved.
