With the decrease of coal seam resources,the difficult coal seam is becoming a difficult problem in co al mine.Therefore,the theoretical research and technical application of coal seam layers is paid moreand more attention.The research contents of this paper mainly include four aspects: First,the layout of working face under the conditions of large dip angle in mining with thin coal seams;Secondly,the technical requirements of “three machines”quipmen ts,and also analysis of suitability and stability under conditions of large dip angle coal seam;Thirdly,under the condition of joint mining of thin coal seams,the reasonable distance between the upper working face and the lower working face;Fourthly,reasonable arrangement of roadway location,and the determination of reservedpillar width.In view of the above four aspects,putting forward different arrangements for the working face,respectively compared in terms of technology,economy and ot her aspects,but also to establish a corresponding mechanical model for analytical and numerical calculations,Finally,in the sixth chapter of this article,taking Luan Wulihou coal mine as the actual example,according to the arrangement of under ground measuring station and point,and then measured data to draw the curve to further study and verify the conclusions.Through theoretical research and field measurement,some feasible conclusions are obtained in this paper.First,under the condition that the coal seam inclination is greater than 20 degrees,the layout of the working face is one of ideal choices,for the working face to adopt pseudo inclined arrangement,the end of the mining roadway is perpendicular to the face,the thrust direction and the direction of coal seam to maintain a cer tain angle.Secondly,the mechanical model is established and analyzed.Putting forward the critical conditions of the hydraulic support,scraper conveyer and Shearer keep stable without sliding and dumping.Thirdly,the reasonable range of the upper working face ahead of the lower working face is 28m-33 m under the interlayer space in 6m-8m.Fourth,under the condition that the interlayer space of coal seam group is greater than 8m,it is more reasonable for the lower coal seam to adopt the internal malposition for the upper and lower coal seam recovery roadway.Taking Luan Wulihou as an example,the upper working face of adjacent mining ro adway is set to 7 m,the lower is set to 27 m.The research results of this paper not only enrich the the oretical knowledge in the field of joint mining of large dip and thin coal seam,but also provide reference for other similar conditions of coal mining.
