Study On Ground Pressure Characteristic And Surrounding Rock Control Technology In Medium-thickness Of Large Inclined Angle Coal Seam In Zouzhuang Mining

Different from nearly horizontal coal seam,the large inclined angle coal seam have the obvious differentiation,large inclined angle coal seam due to the particularity of the coal seam and rock strata occurrence forms,cause in the pressure of middlings was revealed,the process of mining stope wall rock stress state and control method of surrounding rock and nearly horizontal coal seams have significant difference.In this paper,the face of 3101 of the Huaibei mining group of Zouzhuang coal mine has been studied as the background,using different study method such as theoretical calculations,numerical simulations and field observations.The calculation has been maded to study the stress distribution law of surrounding rock and displacement law of surrounding rock.The thin-plate theory is used as the basic theory to calculate the maximum deflection of the roof rock,and to calculate the bearing pressure of the coal in front of the work face,and determine the factors that affect the support pressure.The large inclined angle longwall face was established by FLAC 3D as the nmerical simulation model,and the numerical model of coal seam mining under the same geological condition was established too.The influence of different inclinations on the stress distribution of surrounding rock and the law of stress evolution during mining.Through the monitoring of the working resistance of the support of 3101 face and the monitoring of advance support pressure and the shrinkage of the roadway,the paper analyzes the rock pressure of 3101 longwall face.As 3101 face have many situations such as falling of broken roof,low stability of the support,large deformation of surrounding rock and flying gangue.So we designed a series of surrounding rock control technology to guarantee the safe and efficient mining of face.The research results are of great significance for the control of surrounding rock and safe and efficient mining.
