The abnormal emission of gas in coal mining face is one of the important reasons for many gas disaster accidents.It is very good to identify the abnormal emission of gas by analyzing the monitoring data of gas monitoring.At present,most of the research on gas monitoring data is to establish an early warning system for the entire mine,which can predict the abnormal emission of gas,but can't identify the specific source of abnormal emission.Therefore,the detailed analysis of gas monitoring in coal mining face is carried out.Based on the monitoring data of different monitoring probes and the characteristics of gas emission in coal mining face,the source of gas emission is divided and the source is quantitatively calculated.The identification of the source is of great importance.Firstly,the basic characteristics of gas monitoring data are analyzed in coal mining face,and the data of gas monitoring data are pre-treated.To replace the missing data points,to replace the abnormal data points,to eliminate the impact of irregular data points on the monitoring data,analysis of different monitoring points of gas monitoring data correlation,the law can be used for monitoring data dynamic analysis and source calculation Provide evidence.Second,the MATLAB program is wrote to analyze pre-treated monitoring gas data of local.It is concluded that coal mining working face gas volume fraction of dynamic change characteristics.The characteristics includes the gas emission change of different shifts,the percentage of gas volume fraction increases from transition along with maintenance class to Coal mining class,peaks.Factors are analyzed that cause the peak.Analyze the factors that cause the peak to appear.Then,according to characteristics of gas emission and gas monitoring probe arrangement,gas emission sources in coal working panel is divided into four types: coal ribs,fallen coal,carrying coal and gob.A new quantitative calculation method of gas emission rates from different sources was proposed based on information about different gas emission sources could among the monitoring data of methane concentration.Finally,the method was applied to Guhanshan coal mine as a case study.The results show that the quantitative calculation of gas emission rates from different sources in coal mining panel could be carried out based on features of a single gas concentration monitoring curve or multiple curves during preparatory process and coal mining process.
