Nowadays with more and more fast development process of urbanization construction in China,the problem of environment pollution and resource waste is more and more serious,the problem of energy conservation and emission reduction in construction industry is becoming increasingly prominent,among which one of the key links is recycling management of construction wastes.The traditional dealing method of air storage caused difficulties in sustainable development.Through scientific institutional system and management method to deal with construction wastes is extremely urgent.In order to find the proper way to deal with construction wastes recycling management,this paper uses Extended Producer Responsibility(EPR)and Life Cycle Assessment(LCA)theory as basic theoretical instrument.The essence of EPR is an environmental protection strategy to decrease total environmental impact from a product,by letting the manufacturer be responsible for the environmental impact during the entire life-cycle of the product and especially for the taking back,recycling and final disposal of the product.After EPR was firstly raised,it has been widely adopted in Europe and all over the world.This theory can instruct construction wastes recycling management idea and provide operational guide.This paper firstly claimed the importance of construction wastes recycling management,reviewed the relative research fruits,and pointed out the research outcomes and deficiencies,so that to lead in research break direction,then used Extended Producer Responsibility(EPR)to clarify the fundamental responsibilities of construction wastes recycling management and operational principles,analyzed the main influence factors in construction wastes recycling management,combined with practical analysis and Grey-DEMATEL method,to so as to find the proper way to build effective pattern for construction waste recycling management and provide decision-making reference.
