Since the industrial revolution,the consumption of energy has been increasing,which leads to more and more environmental problems.With the further development of human society,people gradually realize the need to change this extensive mode of development,energy saving,emission reduction and sustainable development has gradually become the key word.Energy saving and emission reduction has gradually become an important direction of China's economic development,so the dust removal system discussed in this paper is of great significance.There are a variety of ways to control industrial smoke and dust.The main ways are dust collection,bag dust removal,electrostatic precipitator and bag dust removal combined with electrostatic precipitator.In this paper,an electrostatic precipitator system is designed for the flue gas treatment of iron and steel sintering machine.The system is mainly composed of high voltage power supply,dust chamber and a control monitoring system,which is usually used in high voltage power supply as power supply,high voltage power supply is the main type of high voltage power supply,high frequency and high voltage power supply and high voltage pulse power supply.First introduces the overall design of high-voltage dedusting system,the main circuit and working principle for the dust collecting system is introduced in detail,analyzes the working principle of LCC resonant converter and the conditions of realizing the zero current turn off,around the electric dust with high power high frequency high voltage power supply control technology research,analysis of the main circuit and its working principle a circuit model.On this basis,the design of auxiliary circuit of dust removal system is introduced,and the circuit is debugged,and the key waveform of circuit operation is given.This article introduces the design of control and monitoring system of dust removal system,electric bag combined dust removal in high frequency and high voltage power supply based on the monitoring and control of PID by PLC and PC software,mainly including the design of Kingview system and low voltage control system,the dust removing chamber structure design.The system can guarantee the dust control to reach the national standard and control the start stop and valve opening of the equipment according to the interlocking setting value.
