With the continuous progress of science and technology,modern equipment in the event of the automation and intelligence is also undergoing the rapid changes,meanwhile equipment fault diagnosis technology has made considerable progress.For the modern equipment long-term safe and steady operation,the fault diagnosis technology plays an indispensable role.Take the failure of 2500 tons of hydraulic press in operation as the research object,comprehensive research of various fault diagnosis in the applications is analyzed.First,the fault tree analysis method is used to analyze the piston rod scratches fault and the slippery slip fault.The intermediate event and the bottom event are discussed in detail by the top event that has occurred.Then analyze the smallest cut set by using of software FREE-FTA.Through the analysis of minimum cut sets,prevent the occurrence of the top events comprehensively.Secondly,the fishbone diagram analysis method is used to quickly analyze and diagnose the mobile platform fault and hydraulic system backpressure fault occurred on site.Then use 5WHY analysis method to track the causes,tracing the deep-seated causes of the faults and eliminating the faults.Finally,analyze the sudden loss of hydraulic pump pressure through the equipment fault vibration detection technology.Then analyze the fault waveform acquired by wavelet analysis method through origin8.0 software and extract fault features.Determine the cause of the malfunction based on the feature comparison.This paper focuses on the establishment of 2500 tons of hydraulic machine intelligent expert fault diagnosis platform based on Prolog programming language and database technology.It provides accurate and detailed data case for the establishment of database by studying the traditional fault analysis method.The results show that the more detailed the contents of the database,the higher the accuracy of fault diagnosis in fault reasoning machine reasonable calculation.The study can provide reference for the establishment of intelligent fault diagnosis database and human-computer interaction platform.The establishment of intelligent fault diagnosis platform of hydraulic press solves the problem that the technical personnel can't judge the fault correctly due to the lack of theoretical knowledge reserve in the process of fault diagnosis.
