Study On Nightscape Of City Park

With the rapid development of China’s economy, the process of urbanization continues to accelerate and continuously improve the quality of life of residents, the nocturnal needs are constantly expanding, making people have higher requirements of the urban nightscape, not just purely functional lighting. City Park as the most representative elements of urban space, creating the nightscape plays an important role in improving the urban nightscape. Therefore, the night view of city parks to create should have a landscape art, the functionality of the tour the rest of the people at night, but also to meet the aesthetic needs of people, the performance of the parks natural landscape, while also going to show or convey the park itself contained in the cultural connotations.The dissertation consists of6chapters. The first two chapters aim to dig out the meaning of the nightscape of City Park and other related concepts. The third chapter reviews and analyzes some theoretical researches and planning practice at home and abroad which are related to my thesis, in order to get the overall cognitive of the nightscape of City Park. The forth chapter describes the existing problems of nightscape of City Park in detail. Chapter five and six are the core of the dissertation. On the basis of analysis of the site nightscape of City Park, combined with actual cases, the dissertation discusses the principles of nightscape of City Park and nightscape design of various types of landscape elements in detail.The nightscape of City Park for a more detailed analysis and research, emphasizing that respect the natural ecological environment and people-oriented principle. During the night scene to create flexibility in the use of traditional Chinese garden landscaping practices to effectively integrate with the modern landscape elements, and combine the characteristics of the project itself, highlighting the theme.
