People are more and more clear to know the importance of protecting environment for human with deterioration of the earth environment and climate’s change, since the21st century, the internation calls for environmental protection more and more intensively. As parts of the energy consumption, the construction industry energy consumption occupy a large proportion in total energy consumption resources, the countries all over the world especially China, there are a lot of energy-saving buildings which come short of the requirements of the state in each place, and in recent years, the utilization rate of the buildings is more and more concerned by people. All of these problems indicate people, building energy efficiency is closely related to human and we should take various forms of methods to reduce the energy consumption of buildings.Depending on the characteristics of new light weight aggregate thermal insulation concrete, this paper chooses the light steel frame structure as the construction form. New light weight aggregate thermal insulation concrete, which is developed by this project research team and have low density, small thermal conductivity, high strength, low price and so on, contain EPS particles concrete for wall material and ceramsite concrete for floor and roof board material.This paper analyzes the differences between the insulation energy-saving lightweight anti-seismic building system and common types houses, explains the construction method, sequence and details should be paid attention to of wall, door and window opening, awning, sunshading board, floor, roof board and beam-column.It can guide the construction, reduce re-work and improve the efficiency of construction site.Through building a house by light steel keel as, develop light energy saving heat insulating materials-ceramsite concrete plank and EPS particles concrete wall material and keel on lap or connection, beam and column using reasonable means of integration between (welding or riveted) of the two layers of buildings. Because this system is recycling,each part of the connection is used more riveting way. Described the construction of details of the way thoroughly.:To floor(roof) and wall, to the open hole way, the structure simulation to display system excellent seismic performance; The fire to the building, fire prevention, moistureproof and anticorrosive measures for the design of structure make it satisfy the corresponding requirement of the country; The cave, and the rain of window shade, secure design allows these parts can connect the wall, the floor work together to form a good the houses of closure, reach the whole purpose of energy conservation; because the beam and column is steel,the connecting way of beam and column construction technology (including storage, hoisting, etc) is a key link.Through the above work, People can be more direct understand insulation energy-saving light seismic house advantage, for the application of the system of the early work well.
