The development of new energy vehicles is the inevitable direction of futuredevelopment of the automotive industry.Hybrid vehicles is an important part of theprocess,which is attached great importance to by the major domestic and foreignautomobile manufacturersin recent years. In order to improve the controlperformance of hybrid vehicles, nonlinear control of the car-permanent magnetsynchronous motor is depth study in this paper.This article uses a nonlinear control method-ADRC for the operating conditionscomplicated, harsh environment of hybrid vehicle,and establishs simulation modelof permanent magnet synchronous motor vector PI and Active DisturbanceRejection Control.Compared to PI control, Active Disturbances Rejection Controlable to do quickly and without overshoot,and have strong robustness for the motordisturbances of internal and external.Simplified linear ADRC control scheme is designed for ADRC parameterstuning difficult. Ensuring the system control performance while reduce the numberof controller parameter tuning, simplifies the structure of the controller. The resultsshow that, compared with conventional PI controller, linearized ADRC still hasbetter control effect,which do a good theoretical groundwork for the engineeringapplications of ADRC.To meet the control demand for hybrid vehicles and improve the dynamicperformance of the car-permanent magnet synchronous motor speed loop,differential part need to be added in speed controller. However, classical physicsdifferentiator is difficult to achieve, the noise is easy to enlarge,in this paper, the useof differential effect of tracking differentiator with PI controller combined toachieve PI-TD control, to accelerate the dynamic response of the system andimprove the speed performance of the car-motor control system. In addition, internalnonlinear function of tracking differentiator is difficult to achieve, using the form ofthe Taylor series expansion, saving CPU resources.For the car-permanent magnet synchronous motor control system, the noiseproblem of resolver velocimetry, add the tracking differentiator filtering part in thespeed loop feedback path of the system. Meanwhile, in order to improve the phasedelay caused by the filter, introduced into tracking differentiator differentialprediction algorithm in order to obtain a more realistic motor speed signal, improvesystem antijamming ability.Finally,designing of hardware and software is introduced.The entire controlsystem platform based on DSPTMS320F28335of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system has been built. And preliminary experimental results for thesystem are briefly analyzed.
