In recent years, with China's economic development and the broader needs of the construction industry, People on the residential building comfort, practicality, safety and other requirements are more and more higher, while contributing to the reinforcement and development of the transformation industry. Many existing buildings or structures in the city after a long time of use, seismic performance of structure bearing capacity has decreased. This requires that we should create all sorts of buildings but also to reinforce the old building main component transformation.Reinforced concrete structure is one of the most widely used structures. Reinforcement for concrete structures reinforcement industry accounted for more than 50%. At present, there are many methods about reinforced concrete structure, for wing walls reinforced study is relatively small. For RC column of wing wall reinforcement, most are concentrated with RC wing wall for reinforcement, this subject main research with pipe concrete combination structure as wing wall on RC column for reinforcement of mechanical performance, pipe concrete wing wall reinforcement RC column is a new of reinforcement method. This paper on the reinforcement method for has in-depth research and analysis, through on reinforcement component of stiffness equivalent, force analysis and Finite Element Simulation to validation the reinforcement method of feasibility and practicality.The main work of this paper is divided into two aspects, one is on the wing wall of concrete reinforcing steel tube column members were equivalent stiffness and stress analysis, first reinforcing member simplified framework for the two two-span calculation model, on the basis of the reinforcing member made for equivalent stiffness and stress analysis. On the other hand, in the case of a force to axial compression ratio, length, pipe wall thickness of the wing as the reference variable, under cyclic load effects, nonlinear finite element ABAQUS wing walls of reinforced concrete pipe simulation analysis of reinforced concrete column. Analysis of the reinforcing member at various parametric stiffness, ductility, seismic performance. The simulation results showed that the steel pipe reinforced concrete wing wall column members full hysteresis curve shape, showing a strong energy dissipation capacity with good seismic performance. With axial compression ratio increases, the ultimate bearing capacity of members increases, reduced ductility; with the increase in the length of the wing wall, elastic stiffness member increases, the ultimate bearing capacity increases ductility did not change significantly; with the increase in the thickness of the steel pipe elastic stiffness of members increases, the ultimate bearing capacity increases.
