In recent years, with the world's demand of the renewable and non-polluting clean energy, wind energy get widespread attention as a convenient to get and renewable resources. As of 2013, the world's wind generator technology got a rapid development. Whether it is on land wind generator or offshore wind generator has been fundamentally technical upgrading. China's wind generator technology has been a low level in the world. Currently, with the country's emphasis on the clean energy, China is also catch up with the world's pace, began to vigorously developing the wind generator. The research of stress characteristics on the wind turbine foundation has important significanceon provide a theoretical basis of wind generator foundation's design in the future and Improve industry standards. In order to understand the actual operating state of the wind turbine foundation, need to health monitoring the foundation in real time. There were many methods on health monitoring in domestic and foreign, in which, the SHM (Structural health monitoring technology) based on piezoelectric ceramic has advantages of its high sensitivity, fast response, and sensitivity for concrete crack damages, etc. has been widely used in the study of the health monitoring of concrete structures. Guo Dian Tie Ling Development Zone was the first time to use the expanding bottom rock bolt technology on wind generator foundation, greatly reduces the diameter of the wind generator foundation. This paper conducted a finite element analysis on wind generator foundationin Guo Dian Tie Ling Development Zone, embedded the piezoelectric ceramic sensor on site for monitor the actual stress state, the main research contentsare as follows:(1) For the actual item in Tieling, by theoretical calculation, study the concrete ultimate bearing capacity and ground ultimate bearing capacity of the wind generator foundation;(2) Use finite element software ABAQUS to static analysis on wind generator foundation, research the stress state under ultimate load that presented by the design Institute, then compare with the theoretical calculation results to verify its correctness while;(3) Use ABAQUS software to elastoplastic simulation analysis of the wind generator foundation, namely Pushover. Research the destruction reasons and failure modes of the wind generator foundation. To be closer to the actual project, all finite element model was same with the actual project;(4) Embedded the piezoelectric ceramic sensor on Guo Dian Tie Ling Development Zone site, develop a monitoring system based on LabVIEW, then monitoring the wind generator foundationon actual site when it formal operation. Compared the stress state on actual operation of wind generator with the simulation results, verify the correctness of finite element analysis?...
