Wind power as a clean and renewable energy,the development and utilization of it has become a new hotspot in the research of the global new energy.The wind power has prominent environmental significance and social benefits.As the state policy of promoting energy conservation and emissions reduction,many wind farms have been built and put into use.Wind turbine belongs to the new high-rise buildings,as the main part of the whole unit,the structural design of the foundation has not been mature design standard.Specially,the research of its structural form and mechanical characteristics is still rare.In view of the particularity and importance of the foundation,it can provide the theory basis for foundation design and perfect the industry standard by optimizing the structure,studying the stress mechanism and monitoring the structure.Because the traditional gravity type foundation cannot play a good role on rock mass mechanical properties,this dissertation puts forward the shell type foundation for wind turbo-generator.The shell type foundation makes the stress distribution more uniform by changing the transfer path of the upper load,making full use of the high bearing capacity of rock mass,and it effectively saves the foundation concrete consumption,reducing the construction difficulty because of the simple structure.The structural health monitoring technology based on piezoelectric ceramic has such characteristics as sensitivity for concrete crack damages,high sensitivity and rapid response,etc.For understanding of the actual operation condition of the foundation,this dissertation uses the monitoring system for stress monitoring of the foundation for wind turbo-generator.The main work of this dissertation is discussed as follow:(1)The advantages and problems of the traditional gravity type foundation for wind turbo-generator are summarized,and the main content of this dissertation for the existing problems is put forward.(2)According to the principle of structure optimization design,the dissertation proposes the mathematical model of structural optimization for the shell type foundation.Combining with the conventional design constraints,the dissertation optimizes the bottom section size of the shell type foundation by the grid method,and it provides the basis for reasonable structure size of the foundation.(3)Finite element method is adopted to simulate the shell type foundation of wind turbine,analyzing its stress state under the design limit load.The rationality and superiority of the foundation is verified by comparing the numerical calculation of the shell type foundation with the traditional gravity foundation and conventional design results respectively.(4)Elastic-plastic analysis(Push-over)is presented through numerical simulation of the shell type foundation for wind turbo-generator by ANSYS,researching the failure mechanism and failure mode of the foundation.(5)The monitoring system based on Lab VIEW is exploited,and it is used in Tieling wind power plant,monitoring the foundation abidingly.The veracity of finite element method and validity of the monitoring system is verified by comparing the foundation stress situation in the actual runtime with the results of numerical calculation(6)The dissertation's main conclusion,innovation points and deficiencies are summarized,and a reasonable forecast is taken on the research direction.
