In the past ten years, the earthquake disaster, different grades of gradually all over the world such as: America 1994 Northridge earthquake, the 1995 Kobe earthquake, Japan in 1997 USA San Fernando earthquake, 1999 Chi Chi earthquake in Taiwan, the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake and the Yushu earthquake in 2010, were given when the traffic of network caused serious damage, causes a great loss life and property. With the development of the city, traffic network in the whole city is becoming more and more important in lifeline system earthquake disaster prevention.China is an earthquake prone country is currently in a period of rapid development of traffic engineering construction, to seek for the seismic design ofmore effective, try to avoid the bridge collapsed in the earthquake, the earthquakeworkers and structural engineers constantly on the bridge structure seismiclaunched a lot of research work, various into seismic design method the implementation in the engineering practice.
