The necessity for the building industry to achieve standardization, industrialization, and intensive production indicates that active promotion of constructional buildings is a feasible way of development. Based on this standpoint this paper discusses the status quo of the development of constructional buildings in China from its background. With the development of constructional buildings, steel structure has been widely used in residential buildings as a good kind of prefabricated structure.Much less the study on the new connector design of precast reinforced concrete shear wall with the Steel Frame. The tradition connection style is complex construction and high costing, also the welding quality difficult to guarantee. Therefore, it is necessary to develop new forms of connection, make new connection widely used in engineering practice. This article for research on connection Structure of precast concrete shear wall with steel frame has far-reaching significance.In the Paper, the existing conclusions are concluded firstly, then the assumption of connection of precast concrete shear wall with steel frame is proposed. By refering experimental study, Steel structure atlas and specification, design a new type of shear connector for double sides angle of shear connectors. One is Steel plate type connector, the other one is double sides angle of shear connectors. According to the laboratory existing conditions, the test on the original model in 1:3 scale experiment design and produce. This trial produced two groups of four connectors of prefabricated reinforced concrete shear wall with steel frame.Research on the two kinds of connectors were studied under monotonic loading and cyclic loading through the experiment research. Load-displacement curves, hysteretic curves, skeleton curves, ductility, igidity degeneration, ultimate bearing capacity, energy dissipation, failure mode of joints, force mechanism were fully analyzed in this paper.Experimental on the research of the connectors results show that the connectors have good performance under monotonic loading and cyclic loading.The connector show up the well-defined elastic stage, plastic stage, failure stage and good ductility under monotonic loading. Knead approach phenomenon was appeared in the hysteretic curves, the connectors show good earthquake resistant behavior and ductility, rigidity degeneration in a smooth and steady way. And the Energy dissipation ability is good.Through the test results show that both the destruction of the shear connectors are for connector bolt is cut. Double side angle type of shear connector of ductility, rigidity degeneration, seismic performance is superior to the traditional energy consumption connectors, In this paper, the research proves that the feasibility of the new type of connectors used in structure can offer reference for practical engineering.
