Prefabricated concrete building structure has its unique architectural characteristics and structural advantages, and is suitable for large-scale production, has been widely used.At present, there are few researches on joint connection mode, joint performance and joint technology of prefabricated prefabricated frame-prefabricated shear wall structure with excellent performance. As for the calculation method of the shear capacity of the connection surface of the prefabricated components, experts and scholars from various countries and relevant norms have put forward their own different shear calculation formulas and applied different failure analysis theories, and they are still continuously studying, analyzing and revising. Therefore, this article will be prefabricated concrete prefabrication frame-shear wall structure as the research object, the components of the junction surface flat-fell seam to study the shear performance and its influencing factors analysis, for the design of prefabricated structure research in China and the calculation method of shear strength and the revision of the relevant specification, etc.,to provide some basic resources. In this paper, the ABAQUS finite element analysis software and WCOMD simulation software were selected to simulate and analyze the relevant tests of predecessors by using the two finite element simulation software respectively, and then the test results were compared with the simulation results of the two software to compare the applicability of the two software to the research content of this paper. The comparison results show that the ABAQUS simulation method has good rationality and applicability for the specimen conditions studied in this paper. Therefore, the finite element software ABAQUS is selected in this paper to continue the follow-up research and analysis. This article to further test and simulation results are good fabricated PCCW-3 specimen,on the basis of the design including the strength of reinforcement, reinforcement ratio, concrete strength, keyway width, depth of keyway,cast-in-situ belt width and seven different influence factors such as axial compression ratio of more than 20 prefabricated concrete column-wall specimen, using the finite element software ABAQUS,the specimen designed by loading cycle, the shear performance of the simulation analysis. The simulation results show that when the axial force is applied to the precast concrete members and the axial compression ratio increases from 0 to 0.15,the shear capacity increases by 54.39%,the initial stiffness increases by 68.59%,and the ductility coefficient decreases by 3.58%.When the width of cast-in-place concrete belt increases from 180 mm to 340 mm,the shear capacity decreases by 28.64%,and the ductility coefficient decreases by 10.52%.When the keyway depth is reduced from 30 mm to 10 mm,the shear capacity is reduced by 17.76%,the initial stiffness is reduced by 44.93%,and the ductility coefficient is increased by 11.19%.When the keyway width is reduced from 180 mm to 90 mm,the shear capacity is reduced by 11.25% and the ductility coefficient is increased by 8.35%.When the strength of cast-in-place concrete increases from C40 to C55,the shear capacity increases by 5.06% and the ductility coefficient decreases by 6.66%.When the vertical reinforcement is changed from HRB335 to HRB500,the shear strength of joint increases by 36.07% and the ductility coefficient decreases by12.79%.When the reinforcement ratio increases from 0.21% to 0.84%,the shear capacity increases by 67.85% and the ductility increases by 14.07%.Finally,based on the simulation analysis results of ABAQUS software and the calculation formula of shear capacity proposed by domestic and foreign experts and scholars as well as building codes of various countries, this paper deduces the calculation formula of the shear capacity of the joint joints of precast concrete structures by means of regression fitting analysis, and verifies the calculation results.
