In recent years, the development speed of the highway construction in our country is very quickly, the highway is more and more significant to the development of the national economy. But at the same time, the phenomenon of the highway suffered flood damage has become increasingly evident. From the flood damage situation in our province and other provinces in domestic in recent years can be seen that the case of the highway washout is more serious, causing great loss of life and property. Water damage scale of road is very huge in eastern mountainous area of liaoning province, type is complete, including water damage of subgrad, water damage of bridge, water damage of culvert, protective measures is unique, there are both untreated flood area and reinforced location. So we survey in Tieling city, on large-scale survey base, we select some roads as significant objects, whose economic loss is serious, social and environmental influences are very large, water damage formation conditions are representative.This article mainly focuses on technology and countermeasures research of anti-flood damage for trunk highway subgrade in Tieling, drawing on the basis of relevant research results at domestic and overseas, follow the policy of "prevention first, combining prevention with control". Intensive studies is carried out according to the following content:1、Taking a research to the basic situation of the trunk highway against washout of Tieling in recent years, analysis the formation mechanism of trunk highway flood damage in Tieling The Investigate and Analyzing the causes about Water Damage of Trunk Highway in Tieling. Survey include geographic and geomorphic feature、climate situation、water damage type、failure characteristics and the reason、flood resistance measures and restoration project situation of reinvestigated area、hydrology situation of highway along the river, which provide material for making the technical countermeasures for engineering to resist flood.2、By studying the water damage types, morphological characteristics and the causes mechanism of trunk highway subgrade in Tieling.3、On the basis of the research and the analysis of flood damage, make the echnical countermeasures about flood resistance of Tieling trunk highway subgrade.4、On the basis of researching highway subgrade flood prevention and control technology in depth, put forward the prevention and control technology of water damage of road, engineering measures and its application conditions, the general requirements of design and construction for unrepaired road in Tieling. We make the engineering design of flood resistance, complete flood resistance engineering scheme, verify the reliability and rationality of the results, observe and evaluate relevant prevention and control measures in the help of the relevant units.5、At the end of this article, we take a summary of the full text, and then we conduct the outlook of the next phase study of this research.
